Rise is an urban ministry in Tulsa whose main goal is to reach out to those who feel alone, are suffering, unsaved, or those who may not feel comfortable or overwhelmed at a normal church, and give them a place where they can worship God and not worry about being judged by others or feel like they're alone in what they may have gone through.
